These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Leo Makkinje ("the developer"), the maker of Quavery. By downloading, installing, or using Quavery, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Quavery on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Quavery and all of its content, design, and code remain the property of the developer.
Quavery uses your device's TrueDepth camera to track facial movements and turn them into sound. See the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled — it never leaves your device.
Quavery is an instrument, not a medical or safety device. Use good judgment: take breaks, and don't use it in situations that require your full visual attention, such as while driving.
Quavery offers an optional tip jar to support its development. Tips are one-time purchases processed entirely by Apple through the App Store, are not subscriptions, and don't unlock additional features. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its own policies, not by the developer.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute Quavery, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
Quavery is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer doesn't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Quavery.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Quavery. In the event Quavery fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for that app; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding Quavery. The developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to Quavery, including product liability claims, claims that Quavery fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection law.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these terms against you.
If these terms change, the update will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
