Forens Terms of Service

1. Use of the App

Forens provides live train information based on public data from NS (Dutch Railways). While we aim to offer accurate and timely information, we cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy. No rights may be derived from the information provided.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Forens requires an active subscription for continued app use after any free trial period expires.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and managed via the App Store.
• Payment is charged to your account after confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the app's Settings or in your device's App Store settings.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. RevenueCat

Subscription status and entitlement management are handled by RevenueCat, our subscription management partner. Billing and payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. RevenueCat processes subscription data in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Forens itself does not process or store any payment information.

4. Limitation of Liability

Forens is provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for damages or losses resulting from reliance on information in the app or from interruptions in service.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be published on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly.
